We receive a high volume of applications and cohorts are filled on a rolling basis — we run new cohorts every month, so everyone who applies will have their moment.

If you're not selected to lead this round, you're still part of this. Keep showing up, keep doing your dares, and when the next round opens, think about who you can bring into the challenge with you. The more people you bring in, the stronger your cohort will be when it's your time to lead.
